Obituary for Geraldine M Hardy

Geraldine “Geri” Hardy passed away peacefully on May 2nd, 2022, following a long battle with her health. She was born on August 14th, 1947 in Provo, Utah, and called Utah her home until 2018, when she relocated to Washington due to her health.

Geri spent most of her working years in-home health care as a CNA which brought her joy long after her retirement.

She loved camping, fishing, cooking, and baking. Her claim to fame was her homemade bread and chili.

Her two favorite sayings are “end of the chapter, onto the next”, and since she would never say goodbye, it was always “later”.

Over the last 3 years, she has shown just how strong she truly was, and her passing has left a hole in our hearts.

Geri is preceded in death by her mother Beth Morse; her father George Morse; and her brother George Morse Jr.

She leaves behind three children, Mike (Tonya) Tisdale of Aberdeen, WA, Robert Hardy of Aberdeen, WA & Amy Esplin of Phoneix, AZ.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Montesano Heath and Rehabilitation, for the outstanding care they provided.
