Obituary for Danny Scott Roberts
Loving son, husband, father, brother, and friend Danny “Scott” Roberts passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loved ones, he was 58 years old. Scott was born on June 23, 1962 to Bonita Roberts in Aberdeen, WA.
Growing up Scott was raised in Aberdeen and lived in Grays Harbor his whole life. He graduated from Weatherwax High School in the class of 1980. A few years later the day Scott turned 21 he started his career as a bartender. He worked at several local bars throughout Grays Harbor ending at Boxcar Bar and Grill, where he had worked from the past 10+ years. During these years Scott ended up meeting the love of his life Theresa Todd and they later married on August 14, 1988 in his hometown Aberdeen.
Scott enjoyed many things in life such as watching all the Seattle sports teams, playing pool and golf, but most of all he loved dressing up and playing the part of Santa Claus every year for all the local children.
Scott is survived by his mother Bonita Roberts of Aberdeen; wife of 32 years Theresa Roberts of Hoquiam; son Dalton Roberts (Michala Sherrard) of Bellingham; brothers Brad Roberts of Aberdeen, Todd (Angel) Roberts of Aberdeen, Jason (Melissa) Roberts of Tonopah, AZ, and Chris (Nancy) Roberts of Centralia.
